Dear Valued Business Partner,

hereby to inform you that, despite the difficult moment that the whole world is experiencing  and in particular Italy due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gervasi Industrial had, up to now, managed to keep the productive activity.

In compliance with the new provisions defined for the containment of the pandemic emergency COVID-19, extended on the whole national territory, all factories and services that do not produce basic necessities will be forced to close until 03/04/2020.
As a result of these unforeseeable external events, which were caused from outside Our company, we are compelled to declare a Force Majeure Event, not limited to one specific country.
Due to this extraordinary situation we inform you that GERVASI Plant is closed from Monday, 23th of March 2020 until Friday, 03rd of April 2020 included; any further closing period will be evaluated in the future weeks considering the evolution of the global situation.
As a consequence, in these days, we will be unable to receive or ship any goods from to our plant.

Deliveries of finished products (previously communicated) are temporarily suspended and will have to be rescheduled at the reopening of the company taking into account the difficult context in which all our Italian and non-Italian suppliers also operate, involved in the closures ordered by our Prime Minister.

Despite these challenging times, we continue to be available  for you through email and telephone.
